This treatment typically takes approximately 45–60 minutes. You may experience some slight discomfort; however this varies depending on the patient and depth of treatment. Our aesthetic specialist will be sure that you are as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure – so if you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask! 

During your consultation, one of our aesthetic specialists will examine your skin and go over a treatment plan personalized just for your skin! The number of sessions will be dependent on the condition of your skin, your goals and issues you want to tackle, where your skin is at in the aging process and how you can manage the downtime. The number of treatments is also dependent on how light or deep the treatment is. Typically. with deeper treatments, our patients only need 1 or 2 treatments for great results! 

Most patients typically some results immediately following the procedure. However, we typically see full results in approximately 3-6 months. It may take about 1-2 weeks for your skin to fully heal - Your skin may also be just slightly pink for 3-6 weeks. However, as your skins color begins to turn back to normal, you can expect to see smoother skin with fewer lines, less blotchiness, and a healthy, fresh, youthful glow!

Generally, most of our patients experience symptoms similar to a sunburn for one or two days post-procedure. Your aesthetic specialist will go over proper aftercare instruction – it is imperative for you to follow your post-treatment plan closely to ensure your safety and best results! You shouldn’t suffer too much discomfort during your recovery if aftercare instruction is followed! For lighter CO2 treatments, downtime is typically 3-5 days. For deeper CO2 treatments, downtime is typically 7-10 days.
